My evaluation methodology: I track specific metrics before and after each intervention. Sleep onset latency, wake events per night, HRV, readiness score. If a product moves these numbers, I note it. If it doesn't, I note that too. The numbers are what they are.
Dr. Chen, my sleep physician, is writing a paper about my case. I have consented to this in principle. I am reviewing the scope. The data will be interesting either way.
